The 2025 Statewide Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) reflects input from all 14 Regional CEDS, including Colorado’s 64 counties and both Tribal Nations. It’s a direct result of the work you’ve done at the local level—and a blueprint for statewide progress.
